Abstract
This report supplements earlier work on total vulnerability in which the nation was described in systems terms as composed of social, a political and an economic subsystem as a whole with consideration given to its financial and institutional substructure. Rough estimates of all the parameters involved are given, together with a mathematical formulation of the model concept and data from which parameters were estimated and empirical relations derived.
